How detailed can my stamp design be?
We recommend a line weight of no less than one point to ensure your design can be converted as a stamp. If you have any questions on how your design will work as a stamp, feel free to contact us.
What if I want a different size stamp than listed on the website?
We may be able to produce a custom size, feel free to contact us and we can talk it through.
Can I wash off my rubber stamp and use a it with a different colour?
Sure! You just need to run the stamp under cold water (not hot water) use a little soap, and a paper towel to dry. Make sure not to get water on the timber.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! The cost for international shipping is $25 per order.
How long until I receive my order?
Our standard production time is seven business days from receiving an order, including final design. All orders are then shipped through Express Post (Australia Post). All up, you should allow between 1-2 weeks from order to delivery. If you need your stamp urgently, get in touch before ordering, and we can confirm if we can meet your deadline.
What’s the best way to setup my file?
To achieve the best results, we recommend uploading large files. Please ensure your files are over 1000px wide or tall. In selecting the types of images to upload, try to use high contrast images where there’s a clear distinction between black and white, for example black and white icons. Avoid designs which use gradients or vignettes.
Files accepted by our uploader are JPG, PNG, GIF, and SVG files, and any whitespace surrounding your graphic is automatically removed.
What if my stamp is bigger than the stamp pad?
Don’t worry! You can use a manoeuvre called the “double tap” where you apply ink in a two tap move to ensure the pad is completely covered.
Are you able to offer a stamp design service?
There’s lots of great resources where you can work with talented creatives to produce your designs. Some of our favourites are:
While we’re currently not set up to design stamps or logos from scratch, we do provide a basic design service.
Who owns my artwork after I upload it?
Your artwork will always remain your property. Through uploading an image through our service, you are in no way transferring the rights for that image over to us. Any design upload to this site is the property of its original creator which means you must control the rights to any design you upload to Woodruff and Co.
By the nature of our service, you are granting Woodruff and Co permission to manufacture a product from your design for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
What kind of design cannot be uploaded to Woodruff and Co?
Designs should only be uploaded that you created or control all necessary rights to. We do not accept artwork which may be considered offensive (violent, nude, partially nude, discriminatory, unlawful, infringing, hateful, pornographic or sexually suggestive images).
I still have more questions!
