Returns
Our custom products are made-to-order according to your unique specifications, so returns or exchanges on these goods where you have made an error or changed your mind are not possible. We understand that sometimes these things happen and where possible, we'll do our best to help with an affordable solution if you let us know within 30 days of receiving your order.
Much love and care goes into the making and packaging of all orders, and each item is inspected [and tested where relevant] before we ship your order. If for any reason we make an error with your order, or the product doesn’t function according to the description, we’ll gladly repair or replace it free of charge.
Non-custom products will be accepted for a return or refund only with prior authorisation. The product must be returned unused in original packaging within 30 days of receipt of your order.
Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer on all returns, and shipping costs are non refundable where you have changed your mind.
If there's a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, with your order number, photographs and descriptions of the issue.
Warranty
We’re very proud of our high level of customer satisfaction, and guarantee our products for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This means, if your item ceases to function as expected within this period, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
We cannot honour warranty claims for any defects or damage caused by mis-use of your product. Please refer to our FAQs for more information on caring for your goods.
