Production times

Estimated production times for all of our custom products are detailed below:

  1. Rubber stamps, self-inking stamps, fabric stamps, paper embossers, [including additional plates] and wax seal stamps: usually within two weeks after the date your artwork proof is approved.

  2. Custom pre-inked stamps, including loyalty card stamps: usually within one week after the date your artwork proof is approved.

The above timings are an estimate. As a small team, we work as quickly as possible, and your order may ship sooner. If you're in a rush, we recommend opting for Express Post at checkout, so your order moves more quickly through the Australia Post system once production is completed [n.b. selecting Express Post ensures your order is moved through the postal service quickly, it doesn’t mean production time will be quicker].

Shipping

Shipping costs are based on weight and size of your order, and are calculated at checkout.

We ship all orders through Australia Post, and offer regular Parcel Post or Express Post options. 

For international orders, we ship using Australia Post [Standard].
