Your pre-inked stamp in 5 simple steps
1. Prepare your artwork
We can’t wait to see your vision. For this size, keep your artwork simple, bold - icons or monograms work best. Remember to provide your image in single colour [stamps can’t achieve multiple colours or textures].
2. Upload your artwork
Upload your original vector artwork [ai, eps, svg or pdf] or a high-resolution single colour image [like jpg or png]. Make sure it’s at least 1000px wide or high.
3. Choose your size and colour
Choose from two sizes and four colour options. View our template to compare sizes.
4. Give us the thumbs up
Once you’ve placed your order we’ll send you an artwork proof within 1 - 2 days. Then you can approve your artwork or request any last-minute changes.
5. We ship it to you
We produce your loyalty card stamp entirely in-house, fill it with ink and test for quality before shipping it to you, usually within one week of your artwork approval.
FAQs to help you nail your artwork, first go
We don’t recommend this approach unless the detail is very bold. This is because fine lines are at risk of bleeding together. If you choose to upload reverse artwork, we’ll be in touch before production if we think it
won’t work.
No. You must own the rights or have permission to reproduce the image you upload.
As the name suggests, soy-based ink is made from soybeans rather than petroleum. It also contains natural resins and waxes, making it a more environmentally friendly option. But in saying that, everything we do has impact and pitfalls, and soy-based ink is no exception. It’s the best option available to us.
Generally speaking, photographs won’t produce a high-quality stamp. But there are some exceptions, such as a high-quality photograph of a hand-drawn illustration. If you’re unsure, get in touch so we can check your image.
Word or Excel files can disagree with our production process. We accept ai, eps, svg or pdf files, or a high-resolution image file like jpg or png
