End of year order deadlines
'tis that time again friends! Here are our EOY order deadlines. To make sure your goodies arrive before Santa does, please place your order by these dates:
✏️ Custom stamps [includes rubber, self-inking, pre-inked stamps, embossers and wax seal stamps]
Order by: 7 Dec
Approve your artwork by: 9 Dec
If you're in WA, NT or TAS, please order by 30 Nov as delivery takes a little longer
🏷️ Non-custom products
Parcel Post: 11 Dec for delivery to WA, NT and TAS, and 18 Dec for all other states
Express Post: 18 Dec for delivery to WA, NT and TAS, and 21 Dec for all other states

As always, please plan ahead as much as you can. Our team is small, and I try my best to meet any reasonable deadline... But, to avoid disappointment, I highly recommend placing your order as early as possible.

Artwork
A custom stamp will only turn out as well as the quality of the artwork you provide. I'll do my best to assist where possible if your artwork isn’t up to scratch - but turnaround will be quicker if you follow the guidelines for supplying your artwork file.
Production times
Our custom products are all handmade to order by a small team and production times are in place so that we can ensure your order is given the care and attention to detail it deserves. I'll always do my best to meet deadline requests, but please be reasonable!
Summer break
We'll be taking a Summer break between 22 Dec - 12 Jan. You can order at any time, but production will be closed over this period, and emails will be checked every few days.
