Your pre-inked stamp in 5 simple steps
1. Prepare your artwork
We can’t wait to see your vision. For best results, keep your artwork simple, bold and in one dark colour [our self-inking stamps can’t achieve multiple colours or textures].
2. Upload your artwork
Upload your original vector artwork [ai, eps, svg or pdf] or a high-resolution image [like jpg or png]. Make sure it’s at least 1000px wide or high.
3. Choose your size and colour
Consider how you’ll be using your pre-inked stamp, then choose from five handy sizes and four colour options. View our template to compare sizes.
4. Give us the thumbs up
Once you’ve placed your order we’ll send you an artwork proof. You can approve your artwork or request any last-minute changes.
5. We ship it to you
We produce your self-inking stamp entirely in-house, fill it with ink and test for quality before shipping it to you, ready to use.
FAQs to help you nail your artwork, first go
We don’t recommend this approach unless the detail is very bold. This is because fine lines are at risk of bleeding together. If you choose to upload reverse artwork, we’ll be in touch before production if we think it
won’t work.
No. You must own the rights or have permission to reproduce the image you upload.
As the name suggests, soy-based ink is made from soybeans rather than petroleum. It also contains natural resins and waxes, making it a more environmentally friendly option. But in saying that, everything we do has impact and pitfalls, and soy-based ink is no exception. It’s the best option available to us.
Generally speaking, photographs won’t produce a high-quality stamp. But there are some exceptions, such as a high-quality photograph of a hand-drawn illustration. If you’re unsure, get in touch so we can check your image.
Word or Excel files can disagree with our production process. We accept ai, eps, svg or pdf files, or a high-resolution image file like jpg or png

Our experience with Woodruff and Co was excellent! I needed a self inking stamp for a small calico bag containing distillery material. Woodruff to the rescue. Perfect for what I needed.
Great customer service, with quick turn around for the proof and delivered earlier than expected. Happy with the quality of the stamp. Sturdy and fun to press down. The ink is quite juicy when first using it but with more use, the colour was more true. Also like the fact that I can refill it later with more ink and the ink itself is soy based with no chemical smell.

Perfect for a small business. It took a long time to find a large self-inking stamp, and this was the only one I found online. I was a bit worried that the line details might smudge, but it looks very clean.
I ordered a stamp for recently from Woodruff and Co. The turnaround was super quick, and I was super happy with the result. I originally looked into purchasing branded bags which turned out to be a more expensive option than getting my own stamp and stamping my own bags, or anything else I want to brand for that matter. Hello I found these stamps perfect for my purpose, I ordered a large circular stamp of one of my logos and the largest rectangular stamp for my other logo for my packaging for my online designer dog clothing and accessories business "Hendricks and Maple". Sending through the artwork of logos and proofing etc was simple and I use them to stamp my packaging boxes to send out my dog accessories to customers. I did find it best to give a few impressions first on a sheet of paper and then use on my packaging so would recommend that as a simple thing to do prior to use every time to get perfect impressions. I also had an issue with the large rectangular stamp leaking which is very unusual I know but Woodruff and Co were great to deal with, very helpful and I was hoping it was a one off issue that occurred in transit but the stamp had an issue and was faulty and they replaced it no problem at all and I was very happy with their customer service.
