Excellent results. Impeccable service.
With the ink built into one handy unit, our pre-inked stamp is a practical and ergonomic choice for stamping high volumes. Perfect for use on flat, porous [uncoated] paper or cardboard, the result is a vibrant, quick-dry and sharp image. Easy.
- Available in a range of shapes and sizes to suit your business needs.
- Upload any artwork and our advanced software will do the rest, converting it into a bold, crisp and stamp-ready impression.
- Soy-based inks are kinder to the environment than the petroleum-based alternative.
- Perfect for flat paper and cardboard, we don’t recommend fabric, wood, or surfaces that aren't flat and smooth.*
- Pre-selected colour to give you maximum convenience when stamping.*
- Refillable unit which is both environmentally kind and convenient. Need a refill? Check out our pre-inked stamp refill.
*If you’d like to use your stamp on alternative materials (like fabric, wood or curved surfaces) or have the freedom to change ink type or colour, try our custom rubber stamp.
Your pre-inked stamp in 5 simple steps
1. Prepare your artwork
We can’t wait to see your vision. For best results, keep your artwork simple, bold and in one dark colour [our self-inking stamps can’t achieve multiple colours or textures].
2. Upload your artwork
Upload your original vector artwork [ai, eps, svg or pdf] or a high-resolution image [like jpg or png]. Make sure it’s at least 1000px wide or high.
3. Choose your size and colour
Consider how you’ll be using your pre-inked stamp, then choose from five handy sizes and four colour options. View our template to compare sizes.
4. Give us the thumbs up
Once you’ve placed your order we’ll send you an artwork proof. You can approve your artwork or request any last-minute changes.
5. We ship it to you
We produce your self-inking stamp entirely in-house, fill it with ink and test for quality before shipping it to you, ready to use.
FAQs to help you nail your artwork, first go
We don’t recommend this approach unless the detail is very bold. This is because fine lines are at risk of bleeding together. If you choose to upload reverse artwork, we’ll be in touch before production if we think it
won’t work.
No. You must own the rights or have permission to reproduce the image you upload.
As the name suggests, soy-based ink is made from soybeans rather than petroleum. It also contains natural resins and waxes, making it a more environmentally friendly option. But in saying that, everything we do has impact and pitfalls, and soy-based ink is no exception. It’s the best option available to us.
Generally speaking, photographs won’t produce a high-quality stamp. But there are some exceptions, such as a high-quality photograph of a hand-drawn illustration. If you’re unsure, get in touch so we can check your image.
Word or Excel files can disagree with our production process. We accept ai, eps, svg or pdf files, or a high-resolution image file like jpg or png
Consider the proportions of your design and view our pre-made template to help choose an appropriate stamp size.

So in love with my new stamp, been able to easily and quickly add branding to some packaging for my small bakery business. Exactly how I hoped it would turn out.
Our experience with Woodruff and Co was excellent! We looked at their website and social media to work out which stamp would work best for our needs, ordered, and received a proof within an hour of uploading our design. Any questions we had about our stamp was very helpful and answered quickly. And our stamp arrived within a week or two. Very happy customers, and hope to order more stamps soon!
Dealing with Woodruff was a breeze, Bec was very helpful with my initial queries. Excellent quality stamps and responsive service. I will use them again should the need arise. Thanks Bec. Charlie Ishka Kombucha
Very good quality, will order again.
Love our new stamps! Have already made many children who've bought our new book very happy by using it to sign them on behalf of our canine co-author, Bear the Dog :)
Fantastic quality stamp, we have had a few of these large and small self inking. They are tidy, neat, easy to refill and give your packaging that extra touch of class and hand made vibes! Love it ! Good communication, great proof work to accomodate your logo. Very happy will buy more smaller ones soon!
Excellent quality and fast turnaround. Couldn't be happier with the result.
I needed a self inking stamp for a small calico bag containing distillery material. Woodruff to the rescue. Perfect for what I needed.
Great customer service, with quick turn around for the proof and delivered earlier than expected. Happy with the quality of the stamp. Sturdy and fun to press down. The ink is quite juicy when first using it but with more use, the colour was more true. Also like the fact that I can refill it later with more ink and the ink itself is soy based with no chemical smell.
Love love love, I can not thank Bec enough for her advise through the ordering process. As a new small business owner it has been a process to find all the essential things required. Now I have my very own stamp so everyone knows where they are purchasing from. Thanks again
I've ordered five stamps in total for use in our small business from Bec (Business cards, shop tags, bags, etc) and I'm always blown away by how quickly she works and how great they always come out. Couldn't recommend Woodruff & Co more :)
Bec was overly helpful when it came to helping create a design. Love my stamp! Buggz & Co.
Love using the stamp to decorate our wrapping for our linen products and our commitment to sustainability throughout our process. Very quick process and delivery.
Perfect 👌 my second purchase of a personalised stamp for my small business. Arrived in record time, and absolutely perfect! Thank you 🙏
Highly recommend! Was made and delivered super quick and in great quality.
Super happy with my new stamp with new logo! Order was processed and shipped out quickly. Awesome quality and communication. Would definitely recommend!
It came faster than I expected and the print of the stamp is so clean!

I just love Woodruff and Co. Their service is 5 stars and their products work every time. Thank you! We love our stamps.
Perfect for a small business. It took a long time to find a large self-inking stamp, and this was the only one I found online. I was a bit worried that the line details might smudge, but it looks very clean.
I ordered a stamp for recently from Woodruff and Co. The turnaround was super quick, and I was super happy with the result. I originally looked into purchasing branded bags which turned out to be a more expensive option than getting my own stamp and stamping my own bags, or anything else I want to brand for that matter. As a small business myself, it was great to support another small business doing great things!
I really like my new lovely stamp, my desing can appear anywhere from now. Shipping was super quick. Thank you so much!
Store owner replied: How great Emese! Thanks for your review : )
Quick turnaround and very professional. The stamp is clear and just what we were after. Thank you!
So happy with selecting Woodruff & Co for our business stamp especially the self- inked stamp. When it came to discussing colours again so happy they had PINK! Not an easy colour to find but we did with Wooodruff & Co. We would rate their service 10 out 10 from start to finish not only have we recommended them on numerous occasion, they are our one stop go to stamp people. Thanks The Donutters
Absolutely love this stamp! It's so easy to use, you don't need to push really hard, always has clean lines!

We have purchased around 4 things over the last two years from Woodruff & Co and been very pleased with timely service and ease of dealing with the team - it's a no brainer dealing with this online company.
Absolutely perfect! I received the stamp really quick as well.
Have been ordering from Woodruff a few times and love all the stamps we ordered. Exactly what we want. Thank you, Woodruff teams!
I am so happy with the quality of the stamp and customer service! Way better than other packaging brands I've used in the past, I'll definitely use Woodruff and Co next time I need another custom stamp :)
Didn’t turn out as good as I thought it would but I’m not going to give up on it

Fabulous experience, great communication, fast turn around, and such a quality product. Will definitely purchase from you guys again Leah - Custom Chic Boutique ✨️
Hello I found these stamps perfect for my purpose, I ordered a large circular stamp of one of my logos and the largest rectangular stamp for my other logo for my packaging for my online designer dog clothing and accessories business "Hendricks and Maple". Sending through the artwork of logos and proofing etc was simple and I use them to stamp my packaging boxes to send out my dog accessories to customers. I did find it best to give a few impressions first on a sheet of paper and then use on my packaging so would recommend that as a simple thing to do prior to use every time to get perfect impressions. I also had an issue with the large rectangular stamp leaking which is very unusual I know but Woodruff and Co were great to deal with, very helpful and I was hoping it was a one off issue that occurred in transit but the stamp had an issue and was faulty and they replaced it no problem at all and I was very happy with their customer service.
Beautiful quality stamp
Perfect stamp! I love it and so easy to use! Recommend products and services! Thank you
